1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Emaanly (the "Site"), a modest fashion price-comparison index operated by Emaanly ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. Questions? Email salaam@emaanly.com.

2. What Emaanly is

Emaanly indexes modest fashion listings from third-party retailers so you can compare price, availability and details in one place. We are not the seller. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the retailer under their own terms; shipping, sizing, returns and refunds are handled by them.

3. Accounts

You can browse Emaanly without an account. Wishlists, price alerts and saved compare sets require sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the Site, scrape data at scale, or attempt to compromise other users.

4. Pricing and availability

We work hard to keep prices, sizes and stock accurate, but retailers update their listings independently and information can be out of date by the time you click through. Always confirm the price, specification and availability on the retailer's own site before buying. Emaanly is not liable for retailer pricing errors.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, copy or resell our catalogue or comparison data;
  • attempt to interfere with the Site's security or availability;
  • upload unlawful, misleading or abusive content via any form or account;
  • use the Site to violate anyone's rights, including intellectual property.

6. Intellectual property

The Emaanly name, wordmark, design system and original editorial content are ours. Product imagery, names and trademarks belong to their respective retailers and brands and are shown for identification and comparison purposes.

7. Privacy

We only collect the account data needed to run wishlists, alerts and saved compare sets. We do not sell your personal data. For questions about your data or to request deletion, email salaam@emaanly.com.

8. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emaanly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, for the accuracy of third-party listings, or for any dispute between you and a retailer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

For brands

Affiliate partnership terms

These terms apply to any brand, retailer or network ("Partner") that enters into an affiliate arrangement with Emaanly. They sit alongside — and do not replace — the individual programme terms agreed by email or via an affiliate network.

A. Listings and editorial control

Emaanly decides which products to list, how to describe them, and how they appear in comparison results. Ranking is based on price, availability and relevance to modest-fashion shoppers — never on commission rate. Partners cannot pay for placement, favourable copy or the removal of a competitor.

B. Tracking and commission

Outbound links may include affiliate tracking parameters. The Partner is responsible for correctly attributing qualifying purchases and paying the agreed commission on schedule. Emaanly relies on the Partner's (or network's) tracking; where tracking fails and a good-faith reconciliation is possible, we expect the Partner to correct it.

C. Product data and imagery

By enrolling, the Partner grants Emaanly a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display their product names, descriptions, prices and imagery for the purpose of price comparison and editorial coverage on Emaanly and its official social channels. The Partner warrants that the data and imagery they provide (or make publicly available in a feed) do not infringe third-party rights.

D. Modesty & audience standards

Emaanly serves a modest-fashion audience, including families. Partners agree that imagery and copy supplied to us should be consistent with modest presentation (hair, arms, legs and body appropriately covered for the audience of the piece) and that content directed at children will follow our age-appropriate imagery policy. We may decline, replace or crop imagery that does not meet these standards.

E. Compliance & disclosure

Emaanly discloses its affiliate relationships publicly on the affiliate disclosure page. Partners must comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection and data protection laws in the markets where their products are sold, and must honour the prices, discounts and availability advertised in the feeds they publish to us.

F. Termination

Either party may end the partnership at any time by written notice (email is fine). On termination, Emaanly will remove Partner-specific tracking within a reasonable period; commissions accrued before termination on qualifying purchases remain payable.
